Shipping Policy

Thank You For Choosing Whoos Print Studio!

All orders will be shipped/delivered within 5-7 business days!

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information for your order. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to us at order@whoosprintstudio.com, and we’ll be happy to send it to you!

Before completing checkout, please double-check the shipping information you would like to have the order sent to is correct. We won’t issue refunds for orders that have been shipped to incorrect shipping addresses due to buyers' errors. You will also be required to cover the cost of reshipment if the order is returned to us via the shipping carrier. 

Most orders will be shipped via USPS, but some orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers worldwide for international carriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

14 Day Return Period after the order has been delivered.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition. If the item or item(s) have been worn or damaged in any way, they won’t be eligible for a return.

 

  • You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  • All original recipes and invoice papers must be included in the return package.

 

  • Promotional or sale items aren’t eligible for return.

 

  • Personalized or custom items aren’t eligible for return.


 

Before starting the return process, you must contact us at ORDER@WHOOSPRINTSTUDIO.COM  for a return request. In the email subject, put “Return Request” and include the following information in the email:

 

  1. Order Number

  2. Name Order Was Placed Under.

  3. Reason For Return

 

You must contact us before starting the return process. Any returns sent without a request will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. 

 

DO NOT return the order to the sender. 

 

As soon as the return items have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We currently don’t accept any exchanges on orders. If you happen to have any issues with your order please contact us at ORDER@WHOOSPRINTSTUDIO.COM with the following information: 

  1. Order Number

  2. Name The Order Was Placed Under

  3. Contact Email Address

  4. Issue With Order

 

 

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email order@whoosprintstudio.com and include the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Name The Order Was Placed Under

  3. Contact Email Address

  4. Detailed Description of an issue with the order.

  5. Photos Displaying Damaged order.

 

For faster assistance and resolution of the issue, your photo should include the damaged item or item(s) displayed on a flat surface with any tags, labels, and damage clearly visible.
